I recently had Squeegee Squad clean my living room windows, but unfortunately, I wasn’t satisfied with the results. There were still waterspots on the outside, which was disappointing. When I asked the crew to redo those panes, I was surprised to hear that they suggested I give them a generous tip to get a better job done. While they did eventually rewash the windows, I felt the service could have been handled more professionally from the start. Overall, my experience left much to be desired, and I wouldn't recommend them based on this interaction.
