The customer service is top notch. The owner Nick, is a real polite, straightforward guy. Very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions when it came to seeding and fertilizing and why aeration is important. Ursula is a great person to talk to, always friendly and on point with calling you back when you have questions and making sure that everything runs smoothly. The product they use is awesome!
