It looked like a brand new roof after cleaning by Spray and Wash. We had high estimates to reshingle but Spray and Wash which is a soft wash cleaning and we can’t recommend highly enough to give them a call. Our house and garage shingles were not compromised in any way, it is a soft wash . Don’t use the power washer in your garage, it is too harsh.
