Randy's journey started off with discussions of starting a garden at the 15 acre homestead in the historic Town of Norway. Randy’s only request was to have a few grapevines. His idea grew into a one acre vineyard, with 600 vines in the ground! As a professional wine maker, and highly respected grape growers, the fruits of his labor continue to pay dividends with another record harvest of over 8,500 pounds of fruit. the highlight in 2018 for the boutique style winery was earning a Gold Medal and “Best of Class” honors at the Indy International Wine Competition at Purdue University.

It was good wine, but the cheese board at the tasting was kinda pathetic…like 6 pieces of cheese for an unreasonable price. It would be better to just give cheaper cheese at the tasting so that it can fill people up. Otherwise the tour was excellent, great energy by the owner and fun atmosphere.

Our cheese & cracker plates include (3) pieces of each of our three signature cheese's for a total of (9) pieces. We serve the highest quality gluten free crackers. What an amazing hidden gem. We stumbled upon this local vineyard during covid. We placed an order for some wine to try and the owner personally drove to our house to deliver the wine and tell us all about the wine. We have since ordered many times. We finally got a chance to go to the vineyard for a tasting and we had a wonderful time. The owner took us on a tour of the grounds and facilities where all the wine is made. He then was gracious and invited us into his home to do a tasting because it was still early in the year and quite chilly where he usually conducts the tastings. Had a wonderful time chatting about wine, tasting and getting the chance to play with the little vineyard puppies. I highly recommend this place, make sure you buy your tickets in advance as tasting space is very limited.

The owner was very knowledgeable and friendly. He asked each one of us what type of wine we prefer to better know what we would enjoy for a personal tasting. I would definitely visit this winery again.
