Hi, my name is Katie and I've just completed the 7 Day Transformation Workshop. I've been exploring my Spiritual journey over a number of years now and I really loved this workshop as it was full of practical methods for me to incorporate into my life to transform my physical, mental, emotional and spiritual realms placing me in a more positive space. I'm quite an emotional person and usually react instantly; I really resonated with the exercise on how to respond rather than react when triggered emotionally. Sure I need to incorporate this more into my life on a daily basis but know without doubt that once I've incorporated the ritual into my daily life this will become natural for me. I recommend this course to everyone who is on their journey of awareness, it has really helped me. Love and Blessings ♥
