I don't usually leave reviews because I understand that we're all human and mistakes happen but this is by far one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever worked with. Instead of being proactive, they're extremely reactive which is so counter productive its borderline frustrating. Do not call and expect to speak to one person.. not happening. If you call and asked to be called back (even though you would think it would be a PROFESSIONAL courtesy).. not happening. They purposely withhold all kinds of information which is beyond suspect.. we were 48 hours from closing and they basically told me they didn't have the numbers so I could verify everything was correct.. 2 days from closing.. after over a month waiting for a FOIA package.... and I think one of the wildest things they told me was that they don't issue Earnest money deposits until closing. This company is absolutely unprofessional and takes ZERO responsibility for their mishaps. I just purchased a home last month and the following things have already happened:

- On the day of my closing, I brought all of my closing costs, and SPEEDY TITLE COMPANY tried to force me to pay an additional $500 because of a misstep in calculations on THEIR PART!! 😡

-Someone left a note on my door stating that they are the owners of my new home and not I. They sent me their proof of title/deed and the title company listed on both of our deeds is SPEEDY TITLE COMPANY. When I reached out to speedy, they said they were already informed. I haven’t heard an update about the situation in almost a month!

-I had to pay for a month of home insurance today before it expires at 11:59pm because SPEEDY TITLE COMPANY has not paid them for my home insurance yet even...

I would not recommend working for this company. They do not train their staff and no one answers calls. Insurance is high. Management does not talk to their clients or employees with respect. Company cuts corners on getting files closed. They do not do complete checks on property's if they can get the property closed they will. Compan6has turn over of employees. I would not recommend working here.

Incredible title company. Would not go anywhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This title company specializes in tax title which i love. They always put their best foot forward. They have closed 30 closings for me and i have never had one issue come up. Great team, great environment !!!!!! We send all of our service here!
