I don't usually leave reviews because I understand that we're all human and mistakes happen but this is by far one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever worked with. Instead of being proactive, they're extremely reactive which is so counter productive its borderline frustrating. Do not call and expect to speak to one person.. not happening. If you call and asked to be called back (even though you would think it would be a PROFESSIONAL courtesy).. not happening. They purposely withhold all kinds of information which is beyond suspect.. we were 48 hours from closing and they basically told me they didn't have the numbers so I could verify everything was correct.. 2 days from closing.. after over a month waiting for a FOIA package.... and I think one of the wildest things they told me was that they don't issue Earnest money deposits until closing.
