"Speedy" I think is a joke? Kind of like calling a large man "Tiny"? As a former real estate agent, I have had a lot of experiences with title companies. This time, as a seller, I can easily say was the worst. Malisa was the most rude, uninformed, "professional" with whom I have ever had to do business. The sell was a basic sell, nothing complicated at all but ended up taking more than two months! When I showed up for my first "closing", I was told that there was no one there who could help me. I quickly confirmed that I was in the right place at the right time because it felt like the Twilight Zone with the apathy for my "appointment".
