Windows look good, however we have very high windows and there was one he said he couldn’t reach because it was too high. This is the first time a window cleaner has told us this and we’ve lived in our home for 20 years. I think I will go back to my previous washer. They have to tools to get to high spaces

The person was very polite. Discussed what the price covered. When he was done, I asked if he could do several other windows. Their pricing is very reasonable. My windows have not so good in a long time. I never seem to get to the outside windows.
