Unfortunately this was not a good experience. I read such excellent reviews, I chose the company as they were Rowlett based, appeared to implement honesty and integrity and from the reviews, customers seemed happy with the level of work. Firstly, I was expecting the company to send someone to my home to look at what I wanted done and to evaluate and give me a price. Everything was done on the phone. After a few phone calls, David and his spouse began to tell me more of what they were not going to do than to do what I wanted done. They were not going to vacuum, they were only going to feather dust, which simply moves dust from one place to another and was not going to polish the furniture.
