WARNING: SECURITY RISK
In the short time we have used this service we have found a number of concerns.

First, we trusted them to enter our home, while we are away, and on 2 occasions they failed to set the alarm when they leave. When it was brought to their attention we were told it must be a flaw with the system. They take no responsibility.

Second, the quality is inconsistent. Every other visit had us contacting them to let them know they had missed some cleaning items. They offer to come redo the item, but after having been out of our home for the 4-5 hours it takes them to do basic cleaning, we just fix the issues ourselves. And there’s no discount, when we have to do their work. Sometimes, they did really great work, but we didn’t have the same technician every time.
