Great customer service! Zack who I spoke with on the phone was amazing, and definitely took the time to chat with me before and after the clean to make sure the job was done right! Even during the clean I got a call to let me know that they were scheduled to be done on time, and I got text messages with updates throughout the whole process. The two employees who came to clean our place were quick and efficient, and waited while my roommate and I gave the apartment a once over before giving them to go ahead to leave. They wanted to make sure that everything was done to our satisfaction before finishing up which I really appreciated. Overall this was an amazing experience, and I would definitely use Joy of Clean again for any needs in the future! Read more >
