take a breathe everyone, relax, Sparkling Queens is in my opinion as well as the thousands of other happy clients an amazing brand! They are entitled to mistakes just as much as anyone else, overall I give them a 98%, they do a fabulous job, I highly recommend to all, SPEAK SPECIFICALLY to the owner and specify to the detail what “your” idea of deep clean is. We all have a version of cleanliness, Ms. Andrea and the staff are great! They actually listen! Thank you guys for correcting our “misunderstanding”! We have a new found respect for you all.
