Booked a move in cleaning. They did a very thorough job and touched up areas upon request that needed some further work.

Only issue was that I booked a carpet steam cleaning as well but they didn’t add it to my appointment so it got missed. Got lucky in my case because the previous owners had it done after they moved out. If not for that it would have been a 5 star review.

Had a cleaning which was good-I had a few areas I wasn’t wow’ed. S&S not only made it right, they totally exceeded my expectations. Would definitely recommend. Excellent customer service.

We have a very busy house with 4 little boys running around, spilling and touching everything with their messy little fingers! Sparkle and Sheen saved me from a lot of stress and helped me out last second with a pre-birthday clean. They were beyond friendly to my kids who kept showing off toys and asking questions. They didn’t make me feel bad about the condition of my house and made me realized I need help every couple weeks. I’m counting down the days until they return!

Great, friendly and efficient service from booking the cleaning service with Aaron for our move out clean, to the 2 cleaning staff, McKenzie and Jordon who did the actual job!! Raquel and her team are responsive, friendly and professional. They’re flexible when it comes to rescheduling and always try to accommodate our needs. They keep things organized and their online system for tracking appointments and invoices is user friendly.

OMG THE BEST! My husband and I used to get our house regularly cleaned however we stopped over the last couple of years. We decided to get into the routine again once our son was born to make things easier for the first few months of his life. We had McKenzie,Jordyn and Serena clean our home which is a duplex from top to bottom and it was absolutely perfect. We were so happy when we came home and a huge weight was lifted off of our shoulders as we could just come in and relax and know that everything was up to our standards of cleanliness. The attention to detail was fantastic from the baseboards to the pulling out of the fridge to the stove being cleaned it was so impressive and we can’t wait for our next clean in two weeks. I would highly highly recommend them and we look forward to having them provide the services for the for seeable future. Thanks so much for making this new mom...

I gave only short notice to the team… “Help! Can you help me before Friday? The in-laws are coming and I haven’t tidied or cleaned for weeks and weeks… even longer. And I look around and realize I’ve become a hoarder when I wasn’t looking… “Help!” Three ladies arrived the very next day… and got right to work in the bathroom, the kitchen and the basement family room. In spite of being short of time they were able to make the house gleam - floors, windows, and helping me “pitch.” I can hardly wait for a return trip. They’re getting me trained… 😀
