We have bi-weekly services, both wash n fold as well as standard cleaning. I have back problems and my wife works long hours. We were miserable before we hired S&S. We're very satisfied with the cleaning crew, especially Laura who just helped us for the first time. She was a rockstar and got us caught up on much needed tasks.

It's easy to set up auto pay using their online portal and the employees are allowed to accept cash tips. It has been easy to get a hold of a human at S&S, which makes rescheduling and discussing billing so much easier.

Absolutely love the light clean and laundry service! They are very professional and responsive.

Cleaner was great and nice - would have given her 5 stars! The company has been extremely difficult to work with. I wanted to switch from bi weekly to monthly. After multiple calls and email chains each one they have said it is all setup and switched. I still get biweekly scheduled and have to call to cancel and try again. They don't respond to emails in a timely manner, and 4 out of 5 calls is not picked up.

Your website is unaccessible. I can't navigate w/o a pop up. No way to confirm services, see pricing, etc. Just pop ups. I couldn't hire you if I wanted to.
