Im in the process of sending my engine (long block) back for review/ as it built enough pressure inside to blow the rear main seal loose/half way out.. Lots of Blow-by. The ppl at this company are good with communicating and answering questions in regards to my warranty case, I will give an updated review once my engine is seen and straightened out. Engine was only installed for a month and a half.

Unfortunately, Google made me put at least a one-star rating or I would have left it at no stars at all. I purchased a 6.0 stage 1 motor and SHE put a bad crank in it, so the motor ate itself in 2 hours. There "warranty", customer service and taking responsibility is worthless so go anywhere but to South Houston Engines. This company is absolutely pathetic and not worth your time or ultimate disappointment.

South Houston Engine was a great resource for a rebuilt engine. I am happy with the end product and would gladly use them again if the need arose.

Bought a diesel truck and blown engine 2 months later. I called up SHE all the way from remote town outside of Gunnison, CO. Engine built, shipped, delivered on time, and core picked up same day. This is my 1st diesel and I am uneducated. They walked me through whole process. Tomorrow morning, we fire up the new 7.3 long block. What a great experience!

Good outfit, Ordered a 7.3 long block and had it sent over to PSP Diesel. Real pro's and I'm hopeful this 7.3 is gonna get another 500,000 miles on my truck. Thanks

These guys helped me out of a jam. They advised me on a longblock I purchased that was messed up and the seller was going to machine it to fix, which would have been terrible. They are fabulous to work with

I’ve made 2 separate purchases from them and both experiences was great. Whenever I need anything from the machine shop, this will be the place I call.
