They are knowledgeable and very professional when they came including their employees.

After locating the service managers (Todd) contact information, was able to set up a repair appointment, Todd arrived promptly at that time. He not only repaired the Iron/Sulfur Filter, he checked, serviced and fine tuned the entire system.
I did not want to lose this company with all of its committed staff and management! There were communication issues weeks ago that thankfully been resolved.
I wanted to edit this review quickly as to not bring any discredit to all of its fine staff and not create any potential business harm.
I look forward to having a good, strong and reliable company to help with any future water filtering issues or upgrades that will be needed.

This is one of the rare companies that delivers exactly what they promise. Steve gave me the estimate and he was very professional! He made sure the crew that installed the water filtration system did an excellent job. Our water has never been nicer. I give them my highest recommendation!

We absolutely love our water conditioning system from South Florida Water! The owner, Steve, was very responsive and took the time to answer our questions. He sold us a system that met our needs, at a reasonable price, and he did not try to upsell us and we really appreciated his honesty. The installers were on time, professional and had our system installed quickly! In less then 24 hours we could already tell the difference in our water! We tested our water and we were amazed with the results. We also tested the bottled water we have been buying for years and we could not believe that the water coming from all our taps, exceeded the results of the bottle water! Excellent service, fast response. Easy install. The previously sulfur-smell, rusty, blackish water is NO MORE! The water is crystal clear, has no scent, tastes great! The upkeep is merely adding salt when it gets low. No monthly service contracts. Highly recommend!

South Florida Water delivers as promised. We have had our system for over a year, and it performs just as well today as when it was installed. All I have to do is feed it with salt. The installation was perfect, and our water quality is much improved. What I liked most about dealing with these folks is they just sell you what you need. No crazy upselling, no bashing the others, just a good family run business!
