Thaddeus was very responsive, was on-site to provide a proposal within a day of being called and was ready to do the work the following day. He cleaned the whole house, including the roof and the concrete driveway/patios. Clean as a whistle! Read more >

Extremely condescending and RUDE! I reached out today to get a few quotes for power washing my house. Thaddeus came out and sent a quote. I replied and thanked him and said we would make our decision within a week or two. He replied asking if we were OK with the price and I let him know we weren't sure and were still gathering quotes. He replied talking down to me and and talking to me like I was a child and pretty much blew me off, accusing me of not just speaking up and saying I had an issue with the price. I never mentioned price being an issue and made it clear I just needed the 1 or 2 weeks to gather quotes and schedule.

Feel free to read his reply. Since he spoke for me and put words in my mouth, we won't be using his services. Just b/c I'm a woman I don't need to be talked to like I can't make decisions or speak my mind.
