Soflo Chefs helped put together a wonderful and memorable evening for my wife's surprise birthday. They cooked up a delicious meal that included lamb chops, butternut squash risotto, red snapper, seasonal salads, lava cake and more.

Eddie and Stephanie were our chefs. Eddie whipped up some phenomenal old fashions (wife's favorite drink) and helped set up the whole backyard.
