Bottom line: the quality of the food was not worth the value ($95pp).

Pros:

David was extremely responsive to questions and changes in preparation for an 8 guest brunch.

The menu choices were impressive (stuffed French toast, chicken & waffles).

Cons:
Chef Norma was pleasant but forgot some ingredients so left while preparing our meal. They promised the meal would be ready 12:00pm, but it ended up being 12:45pm. For a party with an itinerary, that was not okay.

The food was the biggest disappointment. The fried chicken was dry. We are from the south, you can’t mess up fried chicken. The waffles were equally dry, overcooked. We had to force ourselves to eat the chicken & waffles when they were supposed to be the star of the show.

Amazing experience with Soflo chefs!!! Will recommend 100%!! chef stephanie came early with top quality ingredients. She did an out of this world dinner for us. The best part was not only the incredible flavors, but that she organized everything in the kitchen and at the end of the dinner the house was in perfect state.

I hired Soflo Chefs for a neighborhood party having never had them help me before. The party was less than a week away, but they took the job. It was just a pleasure working with them. They responded immediately via both email and text and accommodated any requests we had. The day of they were on time and very professional. The food was excellent and many of my guests commented on just how terrific the staff was. They remembered guests requests, were there when needed and cleaned up thoroughly before they left.
