Absolutely terrible experience with them. We purchased a more elevated package and our menu was changed [to things the bride did no like at all ] and we were not provided a table scape at all which we paid extra for. We had also booked them for a brunch next morning and the same thing happened where we were not provided with some of the food we had confirmed and we paid extra for them to bring plates and we had to use our own plates. I was owed over $100 from them after we changed to the less expressive plates and never got it and when asked about getting money back for them messing up plus the money we are owed we were IGNORED in 4 follow up emails. If you want to be ripped off go ahead and book them otherwise don’t bother. I not have to go through the complaints with my bank due to them being unresponsive and me being owed money. I hired Soflo Chefs to come to our house and make dinner when I was in Miami for my bachelorette party. David, the owner, was fantastic. I chatted with him a bunch beforehand. They have a lot to choose from, and you create a menu of 2 apps, 2 entrees, and 2 desserts for the night. They buy the groceries as well so you don’t have to deal with that. The team arrived 2 hours before to start cooking and they made cocktails for us as well! (We had to provide the alcohol+ingredients for that already though). The food was SOOO good. The only thing I would recommend is if you do this do not leave it to the last night – there was a lot of leftover food! Luckily a group of us stayed an extra night so between everyone eating leftovers for breakfast before checkout and the group that stayed behind eating the rest for lunch + dinner we managed to finish most of it! We had a wonderful experience with Soflo Chefs LLC! Chef Kathy came to our air bnb and cooked a fantastic meal. She was so kind and warm and took care of everything while we got to enjoy the evening.
