From the moment I reached out to David, everything was a seamless process. Building the menu and communicating with him was such a pleasant experience..... AND THEN THE DINNER HAPPENED AND IT GOT EVEN BETTER! We had Chef Norma who handled a rowdy group of girls with grace and kindness. The food (steak, salmon, asparagus, potatoes, watermelon/peach salad, baked brie dessert) was absolutely amazing. Every. Single. Bite. She is a magician. Truly Top Tier! I am still finding it hard to believe how incredible a job David and his team executed my 16 person fine dining dinner party. From the beginning stages of planning, David was professional and responsive to all my questions and requests and together we came up with the perfect menu and plan. The day of the event the entire team showed up on time, and went straight to work prepping for guests to arrive. They were even so kind to help me complete some last minute table set up. We planned for a 5 course dinner service and a bartender to serve signature drinks. As my guests arrived they were greeted with a drink and once dinner service began EVERY SINGLE COURSE THAT CAME OUT WAS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! I cannot recommend Soflo Chefs enough!

Chef Norma and Kati did an absolutely phenomenal job. Norma's brunch was absolutely incredible, made quickly, and the kitchen was left perfectly clean upon departure, while the bartender ensured drinks were full and set up the tablescapes absolutely beautifully. They were both extremely friendly and accommodating, even while I asked for a last minute adjustment to how something was made based on some guests' preferences.

SoFlo Chefs prepared an absolutely spectacular Latin Spice meal for me and 20 guests. They arrived promptly, were very professional, and the food was out of this world! The flavors mingled perfectly and they used top quality ingredients. All the guests raved about the most delicious fresh ceviche, melt in your mouth pork tenderloin, the firm but flaky and succulent red snapper, the lechon in plantain cups bursting with flavor, the creamy, smooth flan. Working with David and his team was an absolute pleasure! He did 3 events in a 4 day period and everything was terrific! From Davids initial introduction to our final fair well, David and his team was a dream to work with! Chef Norma was a great communicator and had a separate menu ready for those with certain diet restrictions. Jennifer, who was there to help serve, was terrific and wasn't afraid to take charge and make sure that everyones needs were quickly met!
