I truly have no words- David and his team are the absolute best! I hired SoFlo Chefs for a private dinner at my fiancé's bachelorette party. David and his team went ABOVE and BEYOND. The girls are still talking about his meal- 5 star Michelin quality and a fair price. The girls were in Miami for 3 nights and said this meal was their best by far. Chef David was great! Very personable, polite and courteous. Prepared an excellent and delicious meal. Right on time, was here for a couple of hours, set up our dinner plates, washed his equipment and waited for us to get started eating to make sure everything was prepared correctly. Chef David prepared an appetizer of Maryland crab cakes, a wedge salad, both made with homemade sauce and blue cheese dressing, Ribeye steaks on the grill to our liking, roasted potatoes, asparagus and a strawberry cheesecake for desert.
