Had a great experience with smooth flo. They power washed my very dark back patio and it's now beautiful. They also cleaned out my gutters and down spouts and a small section of siding was cleaned. The guy that worked on my house was friendly, respectful and a good communicator. He cleaned up after himself nicely. The surprised me with an extra sidewalk area cleaned. They arrived at the time and date they scheduled and complete work in a couple hours. I'll be using them again after some construction is done to clean the driveway. They do a great job. We hired Smooth Flo for a gutter cleaning at our home. Their service includes "Collect and dispose of debris in yard waste bags or compost bins" but a lot of dirt and debris ended up on our garden beds, paths and yard decorations around our home. Very disappointing because we spend a lot of time maintaining our yard. To their credit, our gutters were clogged and are now very clean.

UPDATE: I sent an email to the company with more detail yesterday, and asked not to send anyone over because we had already started cleaned up. Without confirming with me, someone was sent to our house at 7:30 AM this morning where they pressure washed without asking, causing further damage to our garden bed, and washed away our sheet moss, which we wanted to relocate.
