Smokin Fattys

I've always came here at night and had awesome service and good food. But definitely don't come during the day. The service is horrible. We didn't have no silverware. No ketchup. No salt and pepper. We gotta and got these things by ourselves. Told our waitress she didn't seem to care. My friend ate rib tips. Said they were really cold and tasted old. I guess I will continue to go at night never during the day again. Waited like 10 minutes for someone to seat us. The place was not busy at all. Truly dissatisfied with this visit. Oh, and I forgot to add the fries Had so much salt on them you couldn't eat them.

Wanted it to be so good after hearing great things. Nice place. Nice people with decent service, but totally downhill from there. Diet Pepsi tasted like cleaning fluid or mix was really bad. Salad came with a big hair and wasn't very fresh. Our rib tips were loaded with bones? They were also loaded with gristle. The rest was so dried out and burnt you couldn't chew it. The sauce on them was pretty good. The top fries in our basket were yummy but not hot. Good seasoning. The bottom half were so dark and saturated with oil and must have been sitting for hours. We could barely snap them in two with our fingers. Also totally unedible. Super disappointing early Valentine's date meal. Doubt we'll go back.

Stopped in on my way from Louisville to Chicago. Staff was awesome, food was great, restaurant was clean!

Riley was a wonderful server. Very knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend this place.

Food was great and the service better. Our waitress was engaged, attentive and made the experience better.

Will visit again.
