I absolutely love this place! My child has always been weary of new people especially doctors and new experiences. This was my daughters first time at the dentist and Dr. Ortiz was fantastic!! I am from Leesburg, VA and visited a couple of pediatric dentists in the area with my daughter until I finally found Dr. Nadgie Ortiz. She is excellent! My daughter felt so comfortable with her. Dr. Ortiz treated us like family. My daughter had a cleaning and a crown with her. During her crown treatment she didn’t cry at all and didn’t even felt the needle. My first visit I went on the wrong day and they took my son in anyway. They were great. Place was clean and colorful. My son is wildly afraid of doctors so he screamed a lot. They tried their best to make him comfortable but it would have been better for only one person to speak at a time. Since they were strangers to him, my son had a hard time focusing on one and trusting/ getting comfortable. They were friendly and personable. My 7 year old daughter just had her first visit here yesterday and we loved it! Everyone was super friendly, informative and extremely efficient! They made her feel very comfortable. Plus, she says it’s the best experience she’s had! Especially after a previous filling gone wrong at another practice. So happy we chose this practice😊. The staff is amazing, Dr. Ortiz is kind and her bedside manner set the bar so high I can’t ever imagine going anywhere else. My daughter may actually love going to the Dentist now. All thanks to the team at SmileKids!, we’ve found a place we trust and love going to. My daughter and son had such an amazing experience at their appointment today. The office was fun and colorful, clean and quick and the dental hygienist and dentist (Dr. Nadgie) were very knowledgeable sweet and patient with my little ones. It is my daughter’s birthday and she even got her nails done while there - for her that was a cherry on top.

Our kids went at separate times and each time they got wireless headphones, a full selection of cartoons playing on a flatscreen tv on the ceiling, all the coolest dental gadgets, a balloon and a bag of goodies to bring home! 🤩 They LOVED it!!!🥳

I definitely recommend anyone that has a child to go to SmileKids! Very pleased! Thank you!
