Dr. Ortiz is absolutely amazing! The sweetest dentist ever. She is so relatable, relaxed and approachable. The office is super kid friendly and clean. They move fast, we have never waited everytime we've gone in. Her bedside manner with children is unmatched. She also takes the time to explain exactly what she's doing, making recommendations and ensuring that insurance will cover or not before proceeding. They have Netflix for the kids, so they're distracted. After the visit, she offers little balloon inflatables, painted nails for girls and a little prize from an assortment of small toys. We also get little baggies to go as well, filled with a toothbrush, toothpaste and floss for the kids. I can't express how happy we are with this dentist office and her staff. My child is now 4 and has seen Dr. N-O since he was 2. She is always kind and warm which makes him comfortable in the dentist setting. She tries exceptionally hard to be minimally invasive on the young kiddos and I know my 4 year old really appreciates that.
