Wish I could give 0 stars! Shttt is a scam. They took my money for 10-11 months and I was unable to log into my account the entire time. Kept receiving an error that my birth date and social were wrong and that I could not reset nor access my account. That was confusing as hell but w/e. When I finally spoke with someone they told me they couldn’t help me and that there are no refunds and that someone has been logging in and utilizing my account so I am stuck with the charges even though I have not had access to the account and they can see the password recoveries that were never recovered. Trash and scam!

Does not want to let me cancel and continues to charge me and wants to charge for months I have told them to stop. $25 for monitoring that does nothing. No notifications no results.
