This Place is a SCAM. The people are Thieves and i am going to the better business bureau, I have called my family lawyer and I will be in small claims court. I am livid about their unprofessionalism and stealing peoples money. They do not deserve 1 star, however this post must be seen. Maybe they will get publicize, because what they are doing is fraud

I have been with smart credit since 2022 and still I pay every month 25 when I call for help sorry we don’t give people advice then why you taking my money you never give me time how to use app sorry we can’t help you am so sad all this time I paid on time everything I only got 32 point credit so am confused I asked why I paid on times is not fair customer are cool but they won’t help you as u wanna it I guess I have shop around

SCAM! They steal your money. My partner is out of pocket for a year and they wont stop the direct debits after numerous emails and notifications to cease. AVOID at all costs. Simple theft company!
UPDATE: they pretend to reply and solve the issue but have not replied to the correspondence nor issued any refund whatsoever. SHAME ON YOU!
