Manace enjoyed the experience with SmartCredit®

Run away! This company is a total scam.
I was planning on working with another business, and they recommended I sign up for this service. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and agreed to the 7-day trial for $5.99. Fast-forward a couple of months, and I suddenly noticed an ongoing charge of $29.99 from this company.

I understand companies have policies, but they refused to refund more than one month, even though they can clearly see the account was never used. The supervisor I spoke with was extremely rude and wouldn’t even let me talk. They are money-hungry and clearly don’t care about their reputation.

It was only two months of charges, and they’re so desperate that they’d rather keep my little $29.99 than do the right thing. Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid this company at all costs!

I tried to cancel on their website and sent them messages and they still charged my bank account without my updated card info. They just went off of my address without my permission. I will be filing a formal complaint with BBB and CFPB if I do not get a refund.

Went to go and check my credit and for some reason their address is listed as mines I have no idea what is going on as I am in a different state …

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR IT! They sold my social security and all of my other information. I received a email about it. And was told there’s nothing they can do about it.
