For whatever reason a couple months ago, I used their services. The amount of time I actually used the services that they provided was zero. Literally, nothing on their site was used. That being said, after they charged me twice, one on the the 11th and the other on the 12th, I call them to ask for both refunds and they only refunded me once and said it was a courtesy refund. Then after some back and forth from them and being instructed to call credit versio for the other refund, they still did not choose to refund me for the second time they charged me and told me it was for last months service… that’s one side of their story and the other side is because they are a subscription based company they could only refund me once. Nevertheless, I’m never using their services again and will also give a review on BBB.
Update-Today on 8/18 I did receive a call from credit versio...
