Complete scam but makes sure they get their $29.95 monthly fee faithfully

For whatever reason a couple months ago, I used their services. The amount of time I actually used the services that they provided was zero. Literally, nothing on their site was used. That being said, after they charged me twice, one on the the 11th and the other on the 12th, I call them to ask for both refunds and they only refunded me once and said it was a courtesy refund. Then after some back and forth from them and being instructed to call credit versio for the other refund, they still did not choose to refund me for the second time they charged me and told me it was for last months service… that’s one side of their story and the other side is because they are a subscription based company they could only refund me once. Nevertheless, I’m never using their services again and will also give a review on BBB.

Update-Today on 8/18 I did receive a call from credit versio...

I canceled service with them months ago yet they refuse to stop charging you, and they do not respond to any of your emails. Extremely sketchy and shady company. Avoid.

Jordan and her team are a beast! I had LEXINGTON LAW, TURNSCOR, AND RIVERVIEW LAW and each of them charged me monthly and not one thing was removed and this was 3 years between those 3 and Smart Credit had it for 2 months and out did those 3 and I would never refer any credit repair agency except for SMART CREDIT!!! They are amazing!!!!

I was for smartcredit for more than 6 months and I did everything right sending out the reports and it didn't do that much change to my credit they didn't take out that much. I would not waste my time on this company and try a other company that works harder. This company you do it all by your self even though I sent out like around 6 cycles it didn't do that much.

I utilized a credit repair company whom recommended that they use smart credit to handle all credit repairs. I agreed to the account being opened to use while my credit was being repaired. I have attempted assistance several times from management from this company. I continue to be stonewalled from Janelyn and the VP of customer service Rachelle who would rather a single mom continue to be charged for services that aren’t being used monthly for $27.99. The refusal of a refund is baffling. Stating after 3 months they can’t refund anything further. “It’s money lost unfortunately” is what I was told time and time again. Every time you ask to speak to management, they claim you’ll get a call back within 24-48 hours with absolutely no call back. When you ask to speak to another supervisor or their boss, you are told that is NOT a possibility and...

good way to take your money, started several months back and they haven't done anything worthy of $50 a month

Great company and easy to work with! They have a lot of features that helped boost my credit. I always recommend to family and friends!
