I set up the account and cant get back in with the same info that i set it up with and no email recovery thats working then i try to start over and it says i already have an account with the same email that it wont send a reset to..

This company makes canceling unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. There is no clear or simple way to cancel, and it feels intentionally designed to waste your time and wear you down. Instead of an easy online option, you’re forced through hoops, delays, and vague instructions

Absolutely horrible experience with Smart Credit avoid at all costs! They’ve been hitting my account with unauthorized $27.95 monthly charges for the past three months (totaling $83.85) without my permission or any notice. When I try to cancel the subscription, it goes through, but then they secretly reactivate my account without my consent and start charging me again. It’s impossible to actually stop the billing its outright fraud. I’ve had to escalate just to get my money back. Terrible, deceptive practices and zero customer service. Do not sign up for anything with this company! I’ve already filed formal complaints with the Consumer Federal Protection Bureau, the Better Business Bureau, The Department of Financial Protection and State of California Department of Justice because of their deceptive practices, and I’m still fighting to get my money back.

Just use creditkarma. They charge your card after you cancel anyway.

Beware! Scam! They won’t let you cancel your subscriptions!!!

Tricked me into subscribing and charged me for over one year. Never sent me any email notifications so I never knew until I checked my credit card statements and saw all the charges. When I went to cancel the subscription… kept giving me all these different options to try to sway me from canceling the account. Then finally when I got the last screen to cancel the account it said there’s an error and I have to call customer service! That’s so ridiculous that they have made it so hard to cancel a subscription! I call the customer service line and then no one answers! They just leave me on hold! Now I have no way of canceling this subscription that charges me $29.99 per month!

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to smart credit as I have got screwed out of money with them they closed my account without any authorization and they are telling me that they only way they can reactivate it is if I pay for another subscription mind you they just charged my card for 69.99$ December 5th it is December 11th 6 days later and woke up to my account being closed with out my knowledge and with out my authorization. At this point I feel that this is a scam , and I would like to make everyone aware . Customer service is horrible as well . I went through 5 representatives and not one of them could resolve the situation for me . I will be following up with cooperate about this and also will spread the word how they run business. PLEASE BE AWARE BEFORE STARTING SUBSCRIPTION AS IT COULD BE JUST AS WELL A SCAM .

Great company I recommend them before IDIQ 1000% I see all these bad reviews it’s wild to me people are just miserable and don’t understand, I also see a few people that work for IDIQ and some other service that are doing false reviews your doing the community a disservice when you do this. I can tell you this, I recommend this company highly stop looking at these false negative reviews and give them a try they will surprise you. I’m happy with and they are the most accurate report o have received anyways good scrolling…….
