I can't believe the difference! SmartWash technicians came out and were very professional, did what they said they would do, and left the area in great shape. The guys protected the plants and "bagged" the drains that opened in front yard. The roof, gutters, facias, and soffits looked as good on the house as they did when the house was built 13 yrs ago. SmartWash did an excellent job of cleaning our roof of black algae stains without damaging our landscaping.
