Smart Wash

I got gutters and windows cleaned by this company. There are two aspects to it. Firs one work itself. It was not done to industry standards, but to my standards 😄. Which obviously are higher. I was really pleased to see attention to details and fact that crew/company is making sure that everything is as it should be. Second aspect is to dealing with company representatives. There was small issue with timing and windows was cleaned prior to gutters cleaning, which lead to situation where few windows had water drops over them afterwards. However this was immediately acknowledged and mitigated without any excuses ! Whole communication was really professional and friendly. Communication from pre to post job was excellent. They took their time and even did a bit extra, by adjusting an outside floodlight and going to get a part I forgot to pick up at the store.
