The Small Fee set up saves you a ton of money in commission, yet the personal and responsive service from Nicole exceeds any traditional realtor we’ve worked with before. We are not the easiest clients (ha!) and Nicole was patient, understanding and truly worked to get us exactly what we wanted. She worked for us, not for her bottomline or commission.
