I had great difficulty sleeping with a sleep apnea mask. It seemed that I was always waking up and having to adjust it. A friend of mine who is a surgeon uses an oral aligner and highly recommended it. I contacted Dr. Cohn and now get much better sleep. So does my husband because I am not snoring.

Dr. Vicki Cohn is terrific. I hated the CPAP machine and had one of the ones that got recalled. The dental appliance changed my life. No more snoring, no more sleep apnea episodes. My wife loves it! And my insurance covered the cost of it as a medical necessity, not a dental thing. You probably have to have a sleep study for this to occur. Read more >

I LOVE Sleep Apnea Dentists of New England because Dr. Vicki Cohn and her staff are AWESOME! Excellent customer service. Always friendly/polite. I was diagnosed with moderate sleep apnea and was given the option to try the oral appliance instead of the CPAP machine.
