After many years of different types of treatments, including behavioral changes, over the counter products/medications, and even surgery, Sleep Apnea Dentists of New England provided the first real results. As a 27 year old man with genetic sleep apnea I was reluctant to use a CPAP machine, for obvious reasons. I was looking for any alternative that might mitigate my chronic exhaustion, morning headaches, and of course my “chainsaw” snoring.
