Simply Maid OK

I was very pleased with the service of Stephanie and her crew (there were 5 here!) during our "deep clean". They were thorough, efficient and polite. i'll be using them on a regular basis.

For almost $350, this service was far from good. Furniture and many other things were not moved to 'deep clean', kitchen floor was not cleaned, blinds and fans still were loaded with dust, many cabinets were still dirty, and several other things. I do very much appreciate that Paula came back that night and looked at it all with us, agreed it was very poorly done, and said she'd make it right. The next day she returned and many things we mentioned were corrected, but a few little things were not. It was a big expense for us and only did it because we didn't want to deep clean ourselves. We also figured we couldn't do the job like a professional service but were wrong about that. When I think deep clean, and as this was explained to me, I expected to walk in the first time with a wow feeling about the job. It was far from that and while we appreciate the second effort and customer...

I was very pleased with the job that Paula and the girls did at my home. They were all very friendly, efficient and yet finished in a timely manner. I will use them again and would definitely recommend Simply Maid.

Stephanie runs a top notch, family oriented business. She is thoughtful and generous in many ways. DeDe is a doll. I adore her silliness and go-get'er attitude when cleaning. She's pretty funny too! Blessed to know these gals! Very professional!
