Ever since they got rid of certain people & put Jose to do the protective wraps the attention to detail had decreased. For the price increase it doesn’t seem worth it anymore.

Great service but not completely satisfied with the tint job done. Especially the windshield, passenger front window, and back window.

I’ve been here several times and every time I’ve been able to pay with CASH,,, but today I just found out that they only accept card and was never notified through the phone about it as they assumed that everyone by now only does card. I wasted my time showing up and their website doesn’t clarify payment method either. They wanted to charge me 69 bucks to wash an SUV, no thank you. That price alone has no justification, and since when did washing your car became a spa appointment let alone pricing? I instead went to car care Specialist located 2909 N lincoln Ave which is near by Simon’s and had my suv cleaned including a complete removal of all the dog hair that was inside stuck on the carpet for only 38 bucks,,, and they do foam wash to. And did I forget to mention,,, THEY ACCEPT CASH!!!!!!
