They were sent the design we wanted.... said they could do it ... after TONS of confirmation and answer questions they assured me everything as great, even made changes to make the sign easier to build, gave them half the amount as deposit (they did refund). Months after working with them and thinking all is well they send an email saying
"I am sorry that we were not able to help. I am sure someone will be able to help you. The deposit is already in the mail. You should receive the check by Monday at the latest.
Jim Mitchell"
...when I called to figure out what and why am i randomly getting this no one would speak to me, that is just bad business!
