Pleased with the rapid response time after a water leak at my house. Responded within 30 mins of report time to insurance company. Pleased to have Isach as the project manager. He worked well with me and my husband. He was always available, even after hours, to answer our questions as things came up. He worked well with the services provided, arranging contractors to get the work done. Only concerns with this agency is that there is a lack of proper communication between contractors. Isach did his best to provide solutions to issues that presented themselves. Overall, I'm pleased with the services provided and the work that was done.
