Home! She listened to my concerns and was very accommodating with starting in certain areas as my son was sleeping!

Megan H. is so helpful to me. I truly don’t know what I would do without her. Sweet, thorough, considerate, caring, and my place is cleaner than ever .

I had a terrible experience with this cleaning service. The lady left my house without cleaning the bathroom, even though I had clearly mentioned it and Alexis even confirmed I mentioned it when she listened to our recorded conversation. She lied about it and claimed I never brought it up. To make matters worse, they tried to blame me for taking too long to clean, and suddenly switched to charging me an hourly rate that was never mentioned upfront.

Had I not refused, they would have charged me extra, even though I confirmed everything multiple times with them. It felt as if they were trying to make me responsible for their mistakes. When I asked for the bathroom to be cleaned, they demanded even more money to send someone back, despite it being their fault for not doing it in the first place. They literally took money for a service that they didn’t even complete.
