Shore to Shore Cleaning

I highly recommend Shore to Shore Cleaning! Jean Marie and her team are extremely professional, reliable, and provide great quality service. Their attention to detail really shows, and you can tell they genuinely care about the work they do and making sure their customers are happy.

Charging $800 to clean a studio apartment is outrageous. While trying to work out the cost they would only reply once a day. Even if they call me and I call right back, no answer. They don’t give itemized bills either, all they sent me is a list of 5 or 6 different things they did in the apartment so you’re just supposed to trust that they are being honest about how much time it took, which is hard to do when you feel like you are being over charged. I would not recommend this business. They claim I was told a range of $650-780, but I was only told $650. If I heard them say $780 I would have told them not to proceed with the rest of the cleaning. They claim they took photos but I was never sent any before and after photos, and the phone recording they sent me has no audio. They can claim that they did things the right way but they are shady. They can try and justify things all they...

Kim did such a great job today. Thank you!

I never used this company but I was highly disappointed in their quote. $1000 to clean an EMPTY house before we move in? Completely empty, no beds, not one single piece of furniture. Tells me it will take 8 hours? How is that $1000 to clean a 4 bedroom house when there is not one single piece of furniture? No side tables, no dining room table, No couch. The previous owners have it clean and I wanted them to focus on my floors mainly, but sheesh $1000 is absolutely insane. Will never use them.

OMG & WOW!!!! I needed a Deep , DEEP, DEEP Cleaning and OMG & WOW were the First two thoughts as I came home from work today and walked into my home!!!!! Everything I was hoping for and more!!!!! I called Wednesday at 11:00am and they were here the next day at 12:00, and at the beginning of 4th Of July Weekend. I will be setting up weekly or bi-weekly service (whatever they recommend) with Shore to Shore. I feel like I walked into a Hotel Room / Suite.
Thank You!!!!!

Estrella and Karina were amazing and diligent. They cleaned our house top to bottom. I am so happy with how our house looks after they deep cleaned.
