My experience from beginning to completion of job was seamless. The office was very quick to reply to my request for service and quote. My technician was wonderful.He let me know his arrival time , was polite and efficient in getting the job done. My windows look amazing and made all the difference in my home. I love calling out great companies who are customer oriented and this is one of them !!!! The owner is hands on and cares about his customers and IT SHOWS!!!!

I’m blown away by how good this place looks now that all the windows are clean. I also feel a bit of a slob—I had no idea the glass was this bad even though I clean it fairly often. Sam and Marcos showed up right on time and went to work without any delay. They were quick and efficient without missing a thing. They were careful with my screens; got them clean and back into place without damage (unlike previous companies). In this time of Covid they were great about wearing their masks inside; very considerate of a senior. I highly recommend Shine Bright and highly recommend you request Sam and Marcos—they’re a great team and a pleasure to work with. Their work is outstanding.
