I now experienced firsthand why this company has so many 5 star reviews. From beginning to end there were no issues and it was flawless communication. I got gutters and outside windows cleaned. The technician arrived on time, did an excellent job, and the QC walk through was great. Also I appreciate a company like this one that communicates through texts in real time. For example, our tech was finished but I was in meetings and I got a text from the company asking if I could meet him or letting me know what the next steps were. Such a great experience and will be hiring them again!!

Did a fabulous job on our windows. We had a lot of really hard to clean spots (hard water, etc) & now they look brand new. Good communication from staff and tech & scheduling was easy.

We recently used Shine Bright to clean all the windows in our two-story house. Trevor arrived and I was a little concerned that he was alone. He assured me and off he went. Very thorough and efficient. The price was right and the customer service folks are legit.
