I used Shine Bright for paver washing. Trevor was quick to send the quote and answers to my follow up questions. Reservation and preparation instructions were well communicated. After the service, Trevor reached out for feedback. When I told him I was not fully satisfied with the cleaning in some areas, he sent out a crew free of charge to work on those spots. Overall his follow up and customer service earns him a 5 from me.
