We purchased a new home in August and Cathy did our inspection, she was absolutely amazing! We were blown away with how detailed she was and she didn’t hesitate to answer our questions. I would highly recommend Sherwood and Cathy to anyone in need of an inspection!

Paul the inspector was amazing. He was very thorough yet completed in a timely manner. He discussed any potential issues with me and my realtor as he noticed them. His report was ready within two days and emailed to both me and my agent. Paul himself would get five stars.
The reason for four stars is because I was told when I scheduled the inspection that someone would go out to the site before inspection day to get a sample of the well water since the results take a while to return. They never did! So now it’s been four days since the inspection and two days since I received the rest of the inspection report and still no word on water results. This is setting me back from bringing issues to the sellers to come up with an agreement.
Aside from that everything was great!
