I worked with Kyle recently on a home inspection of a property I was going to purchase. He was very thorough and professional. Kyle found many problems that I overlooked when I first visited the house. I would highly recommend Sherwood Inspection services.

My inspector was Kyle. Kyle was very safe and knowledgeable. I showed up at the house 20 minutes early, and Kyle was already there. Pays very close attention to detail, and had answers to all my questions. He did his job thoroughly and efficiently. I appreciate his honest and knowledgeable. He made sure things were safe for me to inspect before I physically touched it. Sherwood was the ONLY company that actually got back to me as far as scheduling an inspection. I called 4 different company's. 2 no call back and 1 said they would give me a call the next day.... nothing. Sherwood was easy to schedule, the young lady was very professional with an upbeat attitude which made me feel like they were happy to have my business. There's so much I can say about Kyle and how easy it was to schedule my inspection but my fingers are really tired.
