I am a first time home buyer and Eric, my inspector, was very informative. He walked through the home and showed me everything step-by-step From small items to large items he showed me what to look for and how I would fix these items if need be. He was very patient and thorough and had no problem answering any question I had. I recommend using SIS for any of your home inspection needs. I know my real estate agent took their card for future business.

Alex was amazing in adminstering an inspection for a home I'm interested in. He was thorough
and tried to explain the process as best he could to someone that had very limited experience in home-inspections.

The first time I called for quotes I was greeted by an employee who was very kind, professional and thoroughly explained the processes they planned to use for the home inspection. He took the time to ask if I was a first-time homebuyer and then proceeded to congratulate me. After speaking with him I felt silly choosing the other companies I got quotes from though they were a little bit cheaper($20-$40 difference). I was able to schedule an appointment easily after that call because my information was saved. I was also able to call and change my plan multiple times without penalty or being made to feel like a burden. The employee who did the inspection was early, very focused, and professional.
