Recently had an inspection by Alex. He was very detailed, on time and explained everything clearly. This is my first time purchasing property and doing an inspection. He allowed me to follow him around and learn some things about what he looks for and how the inspection is performed. I would definitely recommend this company for an inspection. You're also allowed to pay ahead of time which is very convenient.

Unfortunately I have learned that the Radon department failed to pick up the radon device on time from the sellers property. This is concerning considering the sellers have kids. I called Sherwood to get details and wasn't given a real answer on why it wasn't picked up. Also, they couldn't provide and ETA for the pick up.
