We are first time home buyers and needed to have an inspection done. We were referred to SIS by a trusted source and we were not disappointed. ERIK PADILLA was our inspector and I can say he exceeded all expectations. Erik arrived early to get a layout of the property and was professional and friendly. He is extremely knowledgeable in home inspections and took his time to carefully inspect every aspect of our new dream home. He started in the attic and worked his way down through the house diligently and efficiently. He was patient in answering all of my questions and explained things in the way I could understand. This process is extremely stressful and overwhelming and he made it very manageable. Todd was very friendly, very knowledgeable and was more than willing to answer questions. He was early (which I consider a plus) and was completely up to speed on what was being asked to address in support of the reverse mortgage process we are going through. Erik Padilla did a great job with the inspection. He was very thorough and took his time every step of the way to make sure we asked questions. He would also explain any findings and educated us on how each thing he found would affect us long term. Overall, the company has great customer service.
